  9. NTEU says VOTE YES!

    All Academic and Professional Staff will be asked to vote for the ACU Staff Enterprise Agreement 2013-2017, replacing the 2010-2013 Agreement.

    The NTEU has negotiated a pay increase and protected and improved your conditions of employment in the new Agreement, which has been endorsed by the Union.

    We encourage all staff to vote YES for the new Agreement for:

    • 3% a year pay rise each year (for the next 4 years).
    • Improved Leave entitlements.
    • New Continuing Jobs for Sessional Academic conversions.
    • Improved Managing Change.
    • New Prevention of Workplace Bullying provisions.
    • Fairer Academic Promotions Process.
    • 17% Superannuation for some Fixed Term Contract
